Where do you store your fruit and vegetables before eating or cooking them? In a fruit bowl, on a vegetable rack, in the pantry, in the store or in the fridge? I keep most of my vegetables in the fridge, I sometimes buy frozen packs so these go in the freezer. The fruit - I put in a fruit bowl, preferably away from the kitchen, in the dining or living room where it is cooler. I once used to keep them in the fridge but found them too cold for the teeth What do you do with yours to avoid having to throw them away if they go of before you eat/use them?

We keep ours in a bowl. The fridge breaks down the sugar quicker in the fruit, causing it to spoil quicker. We do refrigerate our veggies though.

If they're ripe and I know I won't get to them quickly I'll put them in the fridge. I love apples from the fridge because they stay nice and crisp. I don't put bananas in the fridge because they turn brown but sometimes I peel and freeze them. Otherwise, I keep them in a bowl on the counter.

It depends on how soon I think I am going to be using or eating them. I keep them sometimes in the frid and sometimes in these hanging baskets that I have. I like fruit and I usually use and eat it pretty fast becasue I generally dont buy too much at one time. Veggies I use prety quicly also.

I generallly keep my vegetables in my refrigerator. My brand of refrigerator is Godrej and I am not satisfied with its preserving quality and so go for marketing every alternate day. Moreover, the food value of vegetables gets detoriated if we keep them for more than a couple of days.

I keep them in the fridge if I need them very fast. If I have a lot that I don't need right away I'll freeze them. Vegetables from our own garden will be canned if I have to much. That way I don't have to fill the freezer with them and they don't need to much energy to keep. Have a nice day
