do u know any software that counting total amount of data upload and download ?

i do not know any software that counting you download and upload but you can use come download manager like flashget, orbit download or even bitcomet to download and them will show to you download for download each byte =p orbit and bitcomet show the amount download even the current day ^^ you just have to download by them. thanks,Scorpionok

I am not aware too of such program. Maybe if you would use a proxy then you could see from its log the upload/download transfer of that particular site but that is so tedious as you have to filter only that address and exclude the rest.
