Yes. But I sprained my neck and it HIRT! I could only look one wya because it hurt to turn my head. So I could not drive a car for a while and had to depend on others to take me places. Luckily..if you use water (hot and cold) and then relax it, it will heal and you will feel better in no time! Just don't reinjure it once you begin to feel better. -Pamper it a while and let it heal all the way!

Oh that looks quite terrible. Can you have it check with a doc to see how bad it really looks. I hope you can recover from it soon. Take care. I am glad I never had that kind of a sprain since my childhood. I could barely remember when was that but I do have the same kind of accident back then that is why I know how it feels.

I had a bad day this past Sunday. It did not result in injury like your day did, rather with a series of annoying computer problems. I missed a radio show that i WANTED TO HEAR, BECAUSE i COULD NOT GET THE STATION TO PLAY ON LINE, WITHOUT CRASHING MY COMPUTER. i LOOKED FORWARD TO THOSE PROGRAMS EVERY WEEK, AND i HATED TO MISS THEM. REALLY SCREWED UP MY DAY!!!

sorry about you're missing church. that is a big disappointment when that happens. when i was a kid i was playing and sprained my ankle and i didn't know what had happened. i just knew i couldn't walk on it and was in tremendous pain when i tried. i held on to a tree and i don't remember how i got home. i think my sister must have run home and told my parents. i do remember using a chair to get around the house. i put my knee on the chair and leaned on it and dragged the chair so that i didn't have to put weight on my sprained ankle. i survived.

Yes, I spained my arm awhile ago when I fell down some stairs on my way to walk the dog. They are quite painfull. I hope you feel better soon!
