Mood swing is something we cannot control,do you agree with me? I always get mood swing in certain time that I am unaware of it. I will become very moody,bad-tempered and easily get angry. Sometimes,I would just simply throw my temper on people around me. I am feeling bad about it. How about you? Did you experienced mood swing before? How often do you get a mood swing? Please feel free to share with me,have a nice day, winks.

Yes I am far to familure with this subject, I take Dexmethylphenidate or Focalin for ADD and my mood can change like a traffic light while under it's influence. I often feel quite aggitated and depressed during the "crash" of this stimulant the smallest things get under my skin, stuff that I normally wouldn't even notice. I have an attitude about everything I do and often make rude and negative comments I later regret and feel like an absoulte jerk.

I go throught a mood swing every day and many times in a day. It's difficult to control, but one has to try. I just hate being in a depressed or emotional mood . Its difficult to be in a happy one for also . It's also these mood swings which makes life so interesting though.

Hi friend,
What you said is absolutely true friend,it is really bad to have it.When i was a child i had it,but know i understood about the disadvantageous of having it and slowly i tried to overcome it.
Now i am feeling guilty of what i did before. Now i am extremely a cool guy who takes things very cooly and try to get the solutions by thinking with a cool minded nature. As u know that you have bad temper, just try to get it down friend slowly.Ofcourse initially it troubles you,but in near future you can lot of benefits from it.Just think about it.
Have a nice day.
