It could be a few things that is causing hair loss. Medications your on and stress and also it is a side effect of the surgery as well so I would ask the doctor if their was anything I could do to slow it down or help prevent it. I know they have some protein based shampoos that might be of some help if used regularly and maybe up the protein in diet and eat yogurt. I deal with some hair loss myself mine is due to Psorisis though. Maybe also changing to a different viamin might help or add to the vitamins your taking.
