Expectation from a nurse?

Nurses have such big jobs! I remember as a child visiting my sister when she'd had her first baby and in the hospital they had candystripers who changed the sheets and bedpans and the mundane things like that. Now, nurses have to do all that plus all the other work they do. I feel sorry for nurses, they are more like mothers now than professionals like they used to be allowed to be. I think we're wasting their skills in making them do the mundane tasks--they haven't enough time to be really good nurses.

hey,i think all these qualifications the nurse expectes from everybody is correct. it is benificial and helpful for everybody to live such a balanced and qualified life. a great state of mind is thousands times positive than those expensive medicines. take care,dear.

I have to agree with you Because I think that nurses are sent from God to take care of not only their self,their family and to do her job with the love of only a nurse can give to make the patient understand not only what is going on but to ease the their minds and to make them feel comfortable as she would her own family God Bless you
