Hear that sound? Listen, you will. It will be the sound of oil prices hitting the bottom of the barrel (pun intended). I didn't catch it all, but apparently there is an agreed upon bill just introduced with strong wide support from the vast majority from BOTH parties that is designed to reduce or eliminate foriegn oil over the next20 years. It includes.....(drum roll).... off shore drilling with a 50 mile buffer zone as well. I will post more as I hear more but I thought it was important to start talking about it because this seems to be ACTUAL agreament in congress and may demonstrate ACTUALY FUNCTIONALITY in congress in the interest of getting us out of this sticky energy situation.

THat is very interesting and hopefully it works. I hate to say this but I love my car and though I am all for alternative fuels, I hope I can or we can all keep cars without killing the environment. I do have a bike though too so I will probably ride that a lot.
