There are many hit flims ,we have ,which have hit second parts,Like Jurassic park(1,2,3).But, there are many hit flims which have flop second parts. Anaconda is one of the best flims, that i had ever seen. But the second part ,Anacondas ,is i think not as much good as first.Tremors is another good flim which has a worst second part flims.Naturally as technology develops the flim shuld be more good.why it like this? What you think?

I think its all in the story and plot and not necessarily the effects used in the movie. You will notice that some of the old movies way back (including those in back and white) are still a big hit over the current ones. Another reason for this is perhaps we were skeptical and yet enjoyed the first and expected too much form the second so sadly we get disappointed. But not all movies has this curse. Those in continuity like Star Wars never cease to amaze me with the next film. :)

You are right,We expect more from the second part. But you see in the flim anacondas, the originality of the Snake is very low w.r t the first.

Well its true that some seconds are way worst than the first. But I guess it only matters if the film was rushed or not.

Maybe they are trying to hard. Maybe they are trying so hard for the second one to be as good or better than the first one that it ends up being bad. I don't know of too many movies the second or third one is as good as the first one. I would say that the majority of films the first one is the best. They also have to come up with the second one to make sense. It can't just go any which way then it wouldn't follow up with the first film. I think that one of the films that the second and third one was pretty good was rush hour. I liked all three of them. Other than that movie I can't think of any.
