Late last night as my wife laid on the couch covered with a blanket watching TV Buster as usual slid under the blanket that hung off the edge of the couch. This time there was a lot of it hanging. He got himself covered, very well. Then a few minutes later he tried to uncover himself. We sat and watched him for a few minutes trying like heck to get out from under thwe covers that got wrapped around his torso etc. This was a fun time. I finally helped him out. Then guess what? He went right back to being under the covers. Does your pet ever get tangled up in the covers trying to be warm etc?

How cute!!Gus gets tangled up in his basket sometimes trying to get under the covers. He's so funny! He has to rake the blankets around till they're just right and once the basket tipped over as he was doing it, it was really hilarious.

All animals love the warmth of blankets etc.
But getting stuck is the norm as well.

Gissi only ever did it once
When I first got him I didn't have a bed for him, he was sleeping on the Floor as he was not secure enough then to come up on the bed, so for the time I put a Duvet on the Floor and laid a Duvet Cover on top
In the Night I got woke up by Gissi crying badly and panicking he had got himself stuck in the Duvet Cover, I got him out and brought him up to my Bed, he fell asleep on the bed for the first time that Night, I think it really scared him

Hi Grandpa B,
This is very funny..LOL! Our dog has it's own little sheets in his area but he loves also using what we are using! But, I will always notice him and asked him to move! LOL!

My Petie does not like getting under the covers unless he is really, really cold and I put him under the blankets. Once I cover him up he will stay there until he warms up. Sammy the cat will get under the blankets she does love to climb under the covers winter or summer. She climbed under the sheet last night. She loves to cuddle and she does it almost every night.
Now when I change the sheets on my bed Petie and Abagail love to play under the sheets as I put them on. In fact Abagail gets mad if you move her from under the tucked in sheets.

My dog is a snuggler under the covers every night and sometimes during the day. This dog just makes our day sometimes. The little things he does that are amusing and make me laugh. I have had a dog around forever it seems - hard to not have one around.

I don't have a pet but this sounds real cute. I suppose some kids are like pets. they get up to the weirdest moves. i guess they try to amuse themselves. and they can be entertained by the unlikeliest things.
a friend's kid much preferred to play with a cup for 10 mins, than a toy. there was this really fancy toy and they put it in front of him and he started crying just a few seconds later.

All the time, he is such a baby and loves to be warm. Your beagle sounds like my puggle. :)

That is so funny and cute I don't have a dog but I have a cat and he just likes to do exactly what Buster likes to do crawl under them covers then get's so entangled he can't get out. I'll help him out but the little bugger goes right back in again it's beyond me why they do this. It's a game they like to play with us I guess.
I now like to watch him struggle to get out hey if he got in then let him get out lololol.

Yes. My mother and I were laughing the other day cause I had just washed the couch throws and took them out of the dryer. I came over and threw in on the couch, not paying any attention to Millie who was laying on the back of the couch. She got all tangled up in it trying to get out. It was a sight, lol.

I've never had my cats get tangled (not on their own, anyway), but my Chloe cat is an undercover kitty and if anything is lying on the floor or on the bed when she's in the mood to go incognito, she'll be there. The problem is, we don't know she is there, so she's been stepped on a time or two as well as sat on. We feel terrible, but still she continues. ::sigh:: We now tread lightly.
