how to avoid computer addiction ?

How r u dear....I m stuck in a problem I need ur help on this .....
Hey u got addicted to ur computer .....and internet later u realized that its
causing you to loose lot of other acitivities and work which is equally important
how will you kill/avoid such addiction....

just try to be occupied by other activities,to participate in parties,to join your
friends,to concentrate on ur works,actually we have so much so much things to do
everyday instead of losing ourselves in the net.

Thanku dear....but I m finding it tough ....I just like to surf and surf net
and learn a lot....this has caused me to loose other activities....I never know where the day has gone once I m with my pc....
Ok I will try...but how u manage to this...that u get away from such beacutiful magnetic computer with net connection....

Hi Ganesh44,
Maybe you can try to have more and more free activities, maybe plan and organize some trips somewhere with some children. Or maybe you have to go 2/3 hours to an gym, than you maybe can make some courses, every where, you can make more and more other activities instead computering and surfing on the internet.
