My mother who I have told you before is homophobic, even though I'm bi. She won't admit it but she is. I don't mean she is one of those severe homophobes who wants to murder people or would kick me out of her house, she would just prefer I weren't. However, about a year ago we were discussing gay marriage for some reason and my mother says, and you have to know my mother to know this is completely out of character, "The only people who are interested in what other people are doing in their bedrooms are people who aren't getting any themselves and are jealous." After I nearly died of embarrassment. I told her she had a good point, hung up the phone, and laughed my butt off. What's the weirdest thing your mother ever said to you and why?
