I wasn't going to see this movie right away, as the thought of using movie tickets when my husband will buy it seemed a waste. I'm glad we saw it on the big screen and this is one not to skip. If you don't have free tickets, as spending $9.75 is a lot of money, then go early in the day to see it at low cost, if your a movie lover like me. It was a big surprise that I would so highly recommend it, as the previews didn't convince me to spend money. Bruce Wayne played by Christian Bale gets tired of being the good guy and leaves the good guy role to district attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart). Aaron Eckhart played Harvey Dent and the two face villain. I was shocked to see his face as the villain and he was great in both roles. Health Ledger's Joker was so well done that he should get an oscar. I was completely convinced that he is the right choice to play the Joker. The bank scenes caused my mouth to drop at the beginning of the movie. Fans of Prison Break will be happy to see William Fichtner at the bank. Other people to see Michael Caine plays Alfred and he is one of my favorite actors who did something in the movie I really liked with the letter. Watch the movie to see what he did with it. The other person Morgan Freeman who always makes the most of the lines he has in a movie and wish we had more lines of these two great stars.

Starting off I was watching it thinking that I might have built too much hype up for myself, that this was just another hero movie and then it snowballed into one amazing story. Heath Ledger was fantastic, if you consider he started off as the boyfriend 10 Things I hate about you it's a bitter-sweet triumph to go out with such a fantastic role, I really do hope he gets the Oscar posthumous. This isn't to say that he is the only reason why this movie is so good, he is just plays a key part in this well oiled machine. Watching it at IMax was an experience in itself as well. The cinematography in the scenes in which the full frame was used was beautifully done. (Climax for me being a Lambo sending it down a busy road) The score was amazing too, the gritty tech mixed with orchestra set the mood perfectly. The sound was incredible but there were a few tears on the screen that cast shadows, they weren't really that noticeable but the problem was that when you knew they were there, in every bright scene your eyes were drawn to them.

I saw the previews and Michael Caine was a great choice for Alfred! I would like to see it but I don't like movies with a lot of violence, people beating each other up. Is there a lot of that in this movie? I don't watch many movies and they really have to be worth my while. This one is on my list, as long as there's not tons of physical violence.

We went and saw this in the theater last night , my son paid for all of us to go. I have always been a Heath Ledger fan . I think his portrayal of the Joker was truely amazing. I hate the thought we will never see him again in anything else. It was a get movie and I think seeing it on the big screen was the best thing.I don't think a TV could do it justice.

seems like the only time I will ever see it is when it comes on regular tv, I don't get out much and can't even afford a dvd rental. I may have to look for a new place to live because it is getting just too expensive to pay the rent and the bills here.

My son also said he really liked it. I will have to wait until it's on DVD because I usually have trouble when I go to the movie theater. I always end up with a huge headache. But it's ok, I can wait, specially if it's worth the wait :)

I was excited to see this movie because of Heath Ledger and his amazing performances in some previous movies. Although there's one person that discouraged me and told that the new "Mummy" movie was a far better one i still chose to watch it since i could get to watch it for free - somebody will treat me =) I wouldn't go much into details but i found the movie boring except for the Joker. and also dragging. It's like you can't tell which is the climax and i think "Wanted" is even better. I also don't like the performance of Maggie G. But still, everything paid off because of Heath.

I am really looking forward to seeing the Dark KNight. I plan to see it in about two weeks. I'm sure it will still be in the theatres at that time. I guess I'm wondering if as many people would be going to see the movie had Heath Ledger not passed away. I know it's a good movie, but I'm wondering if so many people would be seeing it. I'm just wondering, I guess I'll see for myself when I go to see it.
