Hey we r here because still our heart is ticking lol...so pls tell some tips so that it keeps ticking for long without any repairs ??? Few tips from my side Walk 30 minute /Eat Healthy But dont know theory after ticking and clock rate of our heart Thanku Ganesh

brisk walking is good for the heart as well as drinking water.
