what to do with troublemakers?

if you encount troublemakers how will you do ?how many ways do you have ?and how do you think and why?

If I meet troublemakers, I usually avoid talking to them because I don't think well of them as they cause trouble to us. But if it is something that I can deal with, I would talk to him to make him behave. So it depends on the situation as to how I will deal with the troublemakers.
