When you pluck a rose

from its plant, or when you get it through other source, what is the first thing you do with it? (1) See the thorns in it (2) See the top portion (3) Bottom (4) Look at the flower as a whole (5)Smell it (6) just keep it aside. The question may look foolish! But all these acts are connected with one's characters, i remember having read in a book, long ago!

i look at the flower part and smell it.. i dont notice the thorns till i poke myself with one lol

First I smell it. Then I hold it where I can admire it. I think about the thorns only enough to try to keep from getting stuck.

I love Roses and always see the flower first..then i smell it to see if it has a fragrance and by doing that get stuck with a thorn..lol...
