What the heck is up?

I have seen so many discussions that start with a question in the subject line and then have one line posted under them.
This is so irritating! What is up with that? Are they in a hurry to get to so many posts? Or do they just not care that some of us actually post discussions that people want to reply to?
I am sorry, it is a big pet peeve of mine. Had to "rant" about it.

its just sometime when u post a long thing most people dont take the time to read the whole thing and just go with the subject. i've had my share of discussion where i've have a long list of things i wanted answered but most of the people didnt even get half the question i asked or the point of the discussion. there are those tht just wana keep it simple.

I can see where you are coming from. I just get kind of irritated sometimes when I see some of them that are a question in the subject line and then the answer in the body. It is a like a discussion with themselves.
