Pledgebank is a great free site. You make a pledge to do something, but only if a certain number of people agree to do it also. If not enough people sign up, you don't have to keep the pledge. You can also sign other people's pledges. You decide what you want to pledge and how many people have to sign up before you do it. I have a new pledge there where I am willing to distribute Universal Declaration of Human Rights Bookmarks, but only if 10 other people agree to do so also.
