I take this opportunity to congratulate all my friends from INDIA..
And Abhinav Bindra and his family....
Really good news ....
BEIJING (Reuters) - Abhinav Bindra won India's first individual Olympic gold medal on Monday with a thrilling come-from-behind victory in the men's 10m air rifle.
Bindra had been fourth after qualifying but had a brilliant final round and the Indian, the epitome of tranquillity, hit a near perfect 10.8 on his last shot to pull in front of Henri Hakkinen of Finland, who fell to bronze with a poor final shot.
That late stumble by the Finn allowed China's Zhu Qinan, the defending Olympic champion and heavy favourite, to salvage a bitter day with silver. Zhu sobbed uncontrollably on the podium and again at a news conference.

hello i am an indian but not from india , i am proud of this achievement ... but me and my husband was really embarassed when we saw the march pass during the opening ceremony .. team india was so small
what is happening, i believe there are many people in india who are atletic but why are they not given opportunity
what happen to the indian hockey team ... we were the best in the world ..
we saw the ladies archery yesterday .. both of us were cheering "rama, rama , rama .. but our points were miserable
sorry i am not trying to be offensivem but i am a proud indian n when we watch indian movies .. the heros can do somersault .. run after the criminal.. jump from moving train ...
what is happening ... can anyone help the indians in india ..

there is a lot of talent...The need of hour is to hunt the talent, and then give them facilities first...and opportunities next.
How about having some reality shows for different sports...We can get good sponsors , As India has a huge market..

Congratulations ,yes ,you did very well ,i have to saw that too , it is very shocked .But when i saw thet LINYUE and HUOLIANG,i also have the same feeling with you ,we also have get a gold medal too .Share the happiness with everyine.
