I've always believed that if you did something good for other people without expecting anything in return you'll be rewarded. It may not be monetarily nor with any material things but you will receive your just rewards. My other friends who volunteer also believe in this.
My friends and I usually are involved in medical missions and almost always, after each of these activities, we would receive good news such as somebody in the family passing the board exams or job offers. The list goes on. Giving wholeheartedly means that in the end you'll be rewarded.

Yes, I've always believed that what goes around comes around.
Its just that, I guess I get a real shock when not everyone seems to think so. Like when a really nice friend of mine, the gentlest girl who never even harmed the tiniest creature, is the victim of a hold-up. Or when a tiny innocent baby is abused. It sort of disrupts my concept of the whole thing.

Hi diutay,
Yes I believe in that when you do good for others you get your rewards, it may take a long time but it still comes your way and when you are helping someone you do it with good heart and thats is what is rewarding.

Oh, you mean Karma, yes, it is there and it does come back, those who havedone ill towards me often end up with worse happening to them without me doing anything and the time's I've helped others it comes back to me, sometimes it just takes a while.
