Selling my house

My house is almost ready for the market. I have all the paperwork filled out, signed and sealed ready for the realtor. I have a few things left to do in the house so the house won't actully go on the market till Monday the 18th. I can't wait! Anyway I have been going through each room cleaning them from top to bottom left to right. Taking all kinds of things out to sell. (we are going from a 4300 square foot house to a 1300 square foot townhouse) Throwing things away, because they are broken or just too battered by my kids. I have staged each room in my house as I clean them. Last night I got the living room done. Well almost done the current entertainment center has to go but other then that done. When I walked in there I said to my husband it looks better now! Why didn't we do this before??? Why did it take selling the place for me to change things around!?!?! Have you ever done this??? Have you ever waited to change things then thought why didn't I do this before?? What room would you like to redo right now if you could??? What would you do different??
