Some questions about Brring?

Although i've heard of this site a lonnnnnng time ago, I never did actually get around to joining it. I'm wondering if it is in fact, legitimate? Have you been paid? Is it hard to earn on? Is there any secret hidden fees? Etc. I'm also curious about this statement they make in terms of how to earn: "There are three ways to earn rewards. For profiling callers, earn up to $0.75 per friend profiled. For sharing your number, earn up to $0.05. For inviting people to use Brring, earn $1.00 per friend who joins up." So obviously I get that for each person that joins up under me I get $1.00, however. What do the other two mean? When it says, "earn up to $0.75 per friend profiled", what does that even mean? If someone calls my number frequently it puts it on their site and I fill out information about that person which would make the AD's correspond better to them, or what? Also, what does it mean "For sharing your number, earn up to $0.05"? This one has me at a total loss. Feel free to help me out & answer these questions to the best of your knowledge,

You used to get paid 5 cents for every person that called you. Now you only get paid for the people who sign up under you. I have earned $30 and cashed out MONTHS ago and I still have not gotten my money from them. I do still use the number though when I am filling out offers on GPT sites. It is great for that, so even if I never get paid it is worth it for that alone.
