Just want to know bout this mehod of payment.
Can we use this r shall we say, can we transfer funds from our accounts even if we are not yet verified?
Can we use this to buy things from e-bay even if were not yet verified?
And mostly to a the Flipinos in the Philippines, How can we withdraw our earned money from PTC sites from this method?

you can buy things from ebay..!! but you have to verified ur accout first then u can..!!
if you want to transfer ur money in to ur bank accouut you also can ..!!but for that u also have to verified ur accout...!!
