check this out if you have a herniated disc in your spine and haven't been able to find anything helps relieve the pain: www.discpump.net It's a device that causes the disc, which is bulging out and pressing on the spinal cord, to be sucked back into place, relieving the discomfort. I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of this technique. Downsides: - might not be available everywhere - not covered by conventional medical insurance

Hi there! I am not sure if it is the same thing or not I was told that I have a Ruptured Disk. Not sure if it is the same as a Bulging Disk. I was able to see that Pump. I did not get to see the video though. I am on dail up and it is hard to see somethings. So you have used it? How many times have you used it? Does it hurt? I could not see where the price was.

Yes I have used it. There are a lot of terms used interchangeably with disc injuries, so I guess you'd have to have a doctor tell you the exact term for what you have. You have to use the disc pump in a chiropractor's office, it's not something you can do yourself. But yes, I have used it, it does not hurt and it really works. The price is whatever your chiropractor charges. Mine charged $135 for the first visit and $93 for each visit after that. The only thing that was painful was the price for the first couple of months since it wasn't covered by insurance. The visits start off at twice a week and then once a week and then monthly. Eventually they get you down to one visit a year. It takes a full year for your disk to heal. Hope that helps.
