users by rating

I love love love looking at users by rating as most of my friends are on the top few pages and it just makes it real easy to access their discussions from there.... Still getting used to the new layout and thought perhaps some others may have been having a bit of a struggle finding this feature too.... anyhow: here is the link, ya'll, if you need it. You are up there lucky you! I dont understand it. How do you up your ratings. I am on myLot everday. I respond to many discussions as well as create some. What do I have to do to get a higher rating? thanks dl

greetings dloveli! I looked at your replies and discussions quickly and see that they are of sufficient length to register a rating - so long as your discussions get a reply your point should go up by one. your points should go up by one when you answer someone elses discussion (once) and if you reply to one person's comment on a discussion you can raise your point by one (but if you reply to more than one persons you will still only increase that one point for the first reply)

So basically If you reply or create a discussion and its long enough you get a point. I went up 7 points already today! Thanks for letting me know. Thanks again friend. I am glad you're back with us. Missed hearing from you. dl

On the contrary, I seldom look at people's rating here. I don't care it so much. I just pay attention which are my friends. As to their rating, it has nothing to do with me. I love China

youless I think you misunderstood my statement. I do not pay attention to their ratings either... I just like using that source to come across my friends discussions.

I too am just now getting the hang of this new layout. I dont adjust well to change. LOL However, I did already know aobu the top users. Thanks for the link anyway though. Have a great day

Wow. This is the first time i have noticed this thing. I never knew that there is a list of top users. But still i am confused how they choose top users. By the way thanks for showing another interesting part of mylot.

for this particular "top users" list, it is by the rating - or the number in the parenthesis next to their user name. there is also a list that breaks down the members by their countries.
