I think that I have a missing Link!!!!

I have no way of up-loading a picture while I am answering a discussion.
I have added a attached photo of a baby Elephant. *He is adorable* to show that I do know how to add photos. But I see no add image link when I am responding to a post,.
So what am I doing wrong here. Please help...
By the way don't you just love the little baby elephant?

Hello LouiseKnittel, i don't know if your allowed to put photos on your discussions the way you did or not but once you reach a score 5oo The up load photos will show up as an add image on the left hand side of the screen near the bottom of the discussion box

Thanks for responding! The reason that I am On about this is: I just had a gentleman respond to one of my Discussions he had only like 160 posts and he was adding a photo to his answer!
