It’s the weekend baby!!!!

What are your big plans for the weekend??? Do you have the weekends off - Always, some times or never???
I am always happy when Friday gets here. I know that I have more to do at home then I would here at work BUT it’s nice to not have to get up and get ready and go to work. It’s nice to be able to sit in your pjs for a little extra time because it’s the weekend. I love the weekends because it means family time. Weekends mean that I will get to see my husband which I don’t during the week.
So what about you? Love the weekend or doesn’t matter to you??
Do you have big plans for this weekend??
I do – Friday night (tonight) we have people coming over for a bon fire and Saturday we are having a yard sale. Sunday is my husbands family picnic that should be nice too!

Weekend weekday all the same except Sunday. Sunday is a time to recharge the soul and visit with family. Oh yeah, I do look forward to not getting up at 7:00 on Saturday otherwise it's business as usual! Good luck with your yard sale

Sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead of you. I'm always glad when Friday gets here, it means no rushing, my s/o doesn't have to get up early and can just relax. This weekend we will have his 14 year old daughter with us, it will be the first time in about a month, normally it's every other weekend, but she's had a busy summer with her friends. And we are both sure it will become less time spent here, since she is going into high school this year.....busy social life lol. We are going to go over to Hawk Mountain, which is a look out for bird watchers, I'm hoping to get some awesome photos of the hawks and other migratory birds that hang around there. She'll be staying through Monday, and she and I will be going to minor league baseball game Monday evening, his parents will be meeting us there. And the highlight of that is my s/o will get to throw out the first pitch!! So I know I'll be taking plenty of pictures that evening! Other than that, we'll just hang around the house with his daughter (ok with her on the computer or phone LOL). Hope your weekend goes well.

Didn't go exactly as planned but we never do, he did take his daughter school shopping, father/daughter time, and then took her to see his sister and his parents where she stayed the night last night. I'm excited about the game this evening, and will be taking lots of pictures. I am proud that he was chosen to do this, it's actually 'emergency personnel appreciation night' at the game. And this being his last year on the job makes this special as well.
