What helps you get going when you are feeling tired, sleepy, lazy etc and you know there are lots of things you should be doing.
I find when I have non-workdays I just want to sit around on my computer or reading novels, but I know I should be doing lots of things like housework, home jobs stuff, visiting family etc.
Sometimes if I can get a healthy fresh juice, fruit or a wheat grass shot and listen to fast music this can start me up, as well as burning some aromatherapy oils like grapefruit. I also have an "energy" massage oil that I can just run into my arms and use like a perfume and some of these things can help sometimes. I love to have upbeat music playing when I do washing up or other housework, it gets me going. What about you?

hi vegegirl
Meditation is my tool to motivate me both physically and mentally. Yes, i do listen to music. But when I need extra energy i fall for soft music. I like to listen to instruments too. Above all, the zeal, coming out from my inner self, keeps me going even in case of minor illness.
Meditation effectively takes care of sleepyness, lazyness and feeling tired.
