Does coffee really make you nervous?

Have you proven yourself that coffee really makes you nervous or hyper? I love drinking coffee often then but now it makes me feel cloy if I drink it. What type of coffee makes you hyper and how do you like to drink your coffee?

I like coffee but I dont think I drink it often enough for it to have an affect on me. I have it 2-3 times a week and this isnt very strong. I like to drink my coffe cold like in frappucinnos.
