Terrible toothache..

One month ago I saw the dentist, he checked and said one of my teeth has crack, which shall be treated by a special method or pulled out. All these are horrible as I ever saw others doing this. Now it happens on me and I am feeling more and more painful, I am wondering whether it shall be pulled out or not, but if not, what else I can do! Does anyone here have this experience?

I got two of my backed teeth pulled in July, because I felt pulling was a whole lot painful than a toothache, and I haven't had any more trouble since then.
And the pulling wasn't even painful. The dentist put something on my gum to deaden them before the injection. Trust me it wasn't bad. I have had a toothache, and I have given birth, I would rather give birth again than have a toothache, it makes your ears, eyes, nose everything hurt.
