I lost a lot of weight and I'm happy about it. To Be exact I lost 102 pounds which took over a little over a year. Well when I see My friends and family That I haven't seen in such a long time they say I look different physically. Some of my family that are with me for sometime and Know me for a long time say I changed Mentally and Physically. I don't know what the heck there talking about .. ha ha.. I'm still the same person but they keep saying I change so much.. I have no clue what the hell there talking about. -Do You Think Someone That Changes Physically, Can That Make Them Change Mentally???

hi Yes, I do believe as one changes physically, he changes mentally too. Obviously. when I was a kid, i was physically not very strong. A si Grew and became physically strong, it gave me a lot of confidence. Interesting if you are not physically fit, you'll find that your mental condition too is affected. It all happens because of hormons.

Well, sometimes when we lose weight we feel more confident about our looks. We look better and feel better about ourselves. Maybe that is what they meant by your attitude changing. If a person gains a lot of weight, then that may have the reverse results of lower self esteem and depression over the weight gain. A lot of our attitudes can be brought out by how we look and feel. Congratulations on the weight loss! That is no small feat that you accomplished! I hope that you have wonderful success in keeping it off :)

I think that losing that much weight has got to be a big boost to your confidence and your self esteem so maybe you seem more outgoing and sure of yourself these days. As long as you're happy with yourself, it doesn't matter what others think but, in your case, I think it's positive views.
