do you ever rehearse on the phone?

actually i was thinking that because when i am going to make an important phone call i do that every time, when i get too excited i rehearse what i am going to say coz sometimes i forgot when phone hangs up and i just stay silent until i remember what i was going to say

Yip, I do rehearse and sometimes write in bullets the things I am going to ask or say on the phone, especially those important ones. I'm the kind of person who easily forgets,you see. So, in order to get all the details or get my message across to the person on the other line, I'd rehearse it write it in a piece of paper.=)

when it is an important call I tend to rehearse what I need to say or write down some notes so I dont forget anything I need to say.

Yes, I've rehearsed and I've also had notes in front of me when making an important call. Nothing I hate more than realizing afterwards that I could have/should have said this or that!
