Do you exercise regularly?

Exercise is often a low priority and something we just never get around to. To stay healthy, have more energy, and lose or maintain weight, its important to find time for a regular exercise routine. To work it into your schedule, you first must commit to an exercise routine and think of it as something that must be done.

I used to exercise everyday but got away from it 2 years ago. I went from 105lbs to 182 after I had my baby last month. I now have gotten back to exercising everyday and as a result have lost over 14lbs in just a month.
