UrlCash Vs. Ucash.in

So basically, I have found two sites that seem very promising, the tools seem to be much more helpful when it comes to Urlcash then Ucash.in, but i'm unsure which one is truely more profitable, and are they both legitimate? 
It seems like a fantastic idea but not if they aren't even legitimate sites! 
Have you or anyone you know got paid by either? Any other information you can provide me? If you're wondering, basically these two sites let you monetize your links so to speak. You could check'em out for yourself if you want to in my profile!
But yeah, i'm just curious. Any and all information anyone can give me about these two programs that're much more familiar with them then I am would be great.
