Referrals at Extra10

I bought 5 referrals at Extra10 about 2 weeks ago. I had no problem about the waiting time as they were added to my account in a day. However, I have never experienced having only 10 clicks from those 5 referrals in 2 weeks time already. 
I'm beginning to regret I bought referrals there. Maybe I should have waited until my favourite sites had available sets of 5 referrals before deciding on investing there.
Has something similar happened to you? Have you purchased referrals and yet about 98% of them are not actively clicking?

Ive never bought sets of referrals, but did buy a single one on Buxvisit, they allow you to buy directly from you balance, so no waiting to be paid into Alertpay then pay out again. Up until now this referral has been very active, but unfortunately this morning I find that Buxvisit's server has been hacked, so I dont know whats gonna happen there. I hope they get backk up and running, its the first referral Ive ever purchased.
