Has anyone heard anything on the Medtronic Pacemaker Defibrillator lawsuits? My moms attorney says that they are only in litigation right now and have not even started the lawsuits yet. I have heard of people already receiving their settlements and it concerned my mom as she is scared that if they do come to a decision she will already be gone. I tried to reassure her that everything will be fine as she is a stubborn lady and very healthy besides this.
