PayperPost's legitimacy..?

So I'm almost 100% sure that they pay, but do they really need some of your vital information up-front? That just seems unreasonable to me, 
I'm more of a receive a payment without sharing anything vital or paying anything, be a part of the business for a while & truely get close to 100% trust with a business before sharing such private information.. and yet, they ask for it up-front.
I mean heck, here on Mylot I think unless you make over $600 a year here you don't have to deal with any kind of sharing of vital information between Mylot & you. 
Basically i'm looking for some people that have been with PayPerPost for a while, received a payment from them & haven't had any kind of weird mysterious "financial trouble" in the long length of time you've been with them(Preferably people that have been with PayPerPost for over a year, but under a year feedback is ok too.)
