I just about always have split ends due to stress. So right now I just stick to using salon shampoos and conditioner so I know that my split ends arnt going to get worse from cheap products.

I have had them before. I get my hair cut more often now. So it isn't as big of a problem. It isn't the shampoo that helps me. It is the conditioner. I now use Fructiis Melting Masque. It is great stuff.

Split ends usually occur dur to lack of moisture and exposure to too much sunlight and dust. If the problem is grave try shortening your hair a bit. Then try to apply hair oil every night. You may shampoo in the morning. But remember to use a good conditioner. Try these home remedies- Mix curd, one raw egg and if available mehandi or henna. You my get it in the Asian store. Soak them overnight. In the moring apply it on your scalp and hair. Leave it for one hour. Then wash it. Do this atleast once a month. Your hair will be wonderful and free from split ends.
