Do you hug something or someone while sleeping?

You may think I sound like a kiddo but I do hug a huge pillow while sleeping otherwise I cannot sleep. It gives me a feeling of comfort and security. I find it very difficult to sleep elsewhere, without my pillow as I am very embarrassed to carry it wherever I go. A dear friend of mine still hugs her childhood teddy before sleeping. She is married with 2 kids but still needs it when asleep. Do you also have the same habit. Please share.

I am married and just love to hug my wife. That is the best feeling in the world to know she is there and she is with me. How can any stuffed animal, pillow or other object really give you the feeling of another person, a person you love, so much warmth and happiness?

I sometimes hug something in my sleep. Here at college my partner, at home a pillow or a bunched up blanket. I have this odd habit of just snuggling close to anything that comforts me at night. lol My partner actually gets annoyed with me sometimes because I like to cuddle a little too much when I sleep.

well yes i hug a pillow and sometimes ask my mom to keep her hand on me. i feel very secured when i hug the pillow. i have this habit from my childhood and i am using the same pillow since. i cant sleep if that pillow is not around.
