I am dying everytime my period is here. Midol works only for couple hours, then excruciating pain comeback again. I literally crawl on the ground in pain. Today is my third day of suffering. I went to Basha's to find natural herbs for cramping. I found Oona menstrual cramps. Mennn it was expensive $ 24 dollars, but i thought whatever it take I will try this just to kill this pain away. So I bought it. I took 1 when I get home. Couple hours pain never goes away so I mixed it with Midol. Took another Oona gel after6 hours. I feel ok, but I will this new thing. Maybe I can tell you more details by next month without mixing Oona gel with Midol for menstrual cramps. anyone any better suggestion for menstrual cramps. I am tired of over the counter that doesnt seem to help?

I am sorry to hear about your condition, I hope you're well now. Actually I don't have that much idea as to how menstrual cramps are to be medicated for all I know, one has to take a pain reliever for it particularly ibuprofen. I am also doing the same thing for my teen since she also suffers like you monthly. But i constantly remind her to refrain eating sour foods because it triggers stoppage of menstruation that can also cause menstrual pain.

Have you ever been checked out by a OB/GYN to find out if there is something going on with your body that may be more than just your period?

Yes, I did have inside and outside ultrasound. It was not comfortable but I wanted to know if there's something going on inside of me. The result came out the next morning. Dr. office said there is nothing to be worried about because my pain is natural and they dont find anything wrong inside of me. They said I am healthy, but how could that be that I am suffering of severe pain every single month?

I have always suffered from painful menstral cramps and I use Alieve or Tyenol Extra Strength, they work wonders for me. Two Alieve does the job and I usually don't need anymore....give it a try and hope it helps since i suffer since my very first mens as a teenager

Only Midol seems to help me but only a couple hours. Others over the counter will cause hives, red rashes to me. This is why I need some help with naturaal herbs. Cannot take any aleve, tylenol, excedrin all that stuff. Those have some allergic reactants to me. Thanks for your time.
