I'm Technical Support Agent, can you share with me your experiences when calling to tech support for any technical related problems. I just want to know all your opinions so that i can also learn how to properly handle customer and show good customer service by listening to your experiences. This topic will also help us to plan and build more strategy on providing a quality and good services to customer. hope to hear from you all. Sorry for my english ^ ^

You need a very good communication skill be it in English or Filipino whichever is the language your client prefers. That way you will be fully understood by your custumer. Speak with confidence but never arrogant. You also must be serious with your job. It's custumer service oriented so you must be really ready to serve the custumer. Be sensitive with their needs and make sure you served that very purpose. You must not let them feel they are taken for granted. You must show the client they are important and you are giving your best to meet their particular needs. Always be courteous and patient with them. There are clients who are arrogant but even in such situation you always have to remain composed and respectful. Just don't let them have the chance to say you've been discourteous to them. Just love and enjoy your work. That is the key. If you don't love and you don't enjoy you will never succed in any vocation. I wish you all the best.
