Do you loose waistbelt while having a meal?

I like to have meal while loosing my waistbelt a little. My wife say that it is not a good habit and I will have a potbelly. I don't mind if I have a potbelly. I just want to live the way I like.
Do you loose waistbelt while having a meal?

If you have to loosen your belt when eating, either you are eating way too much or your belt is too small for you or both. In either case it sounds like a great plan for being unhealthy and shortening you life. One should never eat so much that it makes them that full and uncomfortable.

I don't wear a belt, but depending on how tight my pants are, sometimes I need to unbutton the button. Lol!
