I went to Target last night for a few needs and came out with a bunch of wants CHEAP!!!
I am a freak when it comes to getting Christmas shopping over as soon as possible so last night the clearance rack was screaming my name!! They had toys for dollars.
I found a Bratz brand dancing mat for $3.00!!! It was originally $27.00!!! Then I found a few games for $2 and $3 dollars. Then they had picture frames for $1 and $2 which is perfect because every year the grandparents get a family picture and I like to give the pictures in a frame.
I was so excited! I didn’t intend on spending that much money but I couldn’t pass up the deals. I mean reality is I would spend it anyway as I do have a lot of people to buy for.
So have you ever went to buy one thing and came out with a bunch because of clearance??

Way to go! I usually get my Christmas shopping started early, but haven't done much yet. The only thing I've gotten so far was a gift for my daughter using a gift card I earned online for Barnes and Noble.

I do that too often lol. I am always on the look for bargains, for gifts, for the house, and of course scrapbooking lol. I have also found some really good bargains on ebay. I did about a 1/3 of my Christmas shopping on ebay last year. Several of my family members get gift cards, since they are easier to send long distance, and they enjoy being able to go buy what they want or need. Usually I do include a gift along with the gift card though, and many of them are books, all my family loves reading. Since I moved to PA, I have sent several books to family members about this area, the coal mining history, and other books pertaining to this area. They love those books, my dad has always loved reading about history, different areas of the country, etc. So when I find a good bargain on books, I usually go a little overboard lol

I do a lot of gift cards too. This year I will be in FL for Christmas so I am going to bring the already bought things with me and buy the rest there. I am buying for a few more people then I have the past few years just because I will be there. I have just been sending a card but I know that every one will be buying for my daughter so I have to get some thing for those people.

yes, many times! i usually buy my christmas presents very early in the year and start pretty much in january and sometimes i have lucked out in that regard but sometimes it is just one thing that i find. but i do have to admit that its better when you get deals like you did!
