Do you use ceiling fans at home?

I have always had a ceiling fan in every room of every house I have stayed in. My bedroom has an additional air-conditioner which i use when its really hot.
In India schools and colleges and a lot of offices have ceiling fans. Offices are now using air-conditioners and this trend is growing.
Do you have ceiling fans at home? How is the trend in your country

We are used to having ceiling fans in almost every room of the house We don't have one put in our bedroom in our new house yet so we have a fan at the window to blow on us. It just seems to make it so much more comfortable. Have a blessed day!

The fan we have is on a stand and we have it in front of the window when we open the window. No, I enjoy the ceiling fans much better but as a substitute, it works fine.

Most people I know around here have air conditioners. They supplement it or make it more effective with ceiling fans. I am new in this house, and I have two ceiling fans, but would like more. We have an air conditioner for each bedroom. Until I can afford it, I will probably use stand fans. I will get four or six more ceiling fans. I need four more light fixtures as well.

i have a celing fan and but also a air conditionar i think alot of ppl have them here. but the ceiling fans help. the move the cool air around and well i always have mine own sumtimes it makes me cold wen thats the only thing on. i dnt think ill ever turn it off either. lol
