we usually know when things are getting bad in a relationship that its probably not going to last that much longer honestly, we all kind of get that feeling, and i have heard of people that will start talking to another guy or girl that they may be interested in dating before they break up because they know that its coming, and i was just wondering if anyone on mylot has ever done that in the past, or currently for that matter, if you are in a relationship and you know that things are getting bad and that its going to end soon, do you usually just start looking around or not, answer honestly...thanks for taking the time to read my discussion and i hope that i get some answers i hope that you all have a great evening and night and the rest of your weekend is great, thanks again!

In my opinion a person should not be looking around for another relationship till the
old one is resolved. And then a person should give themselves the time to heal and learn
what not to do the next time in a relationship. Don't go jumping into another one when
the first one isn't over yet.
Of course this is just my opinion and the way I would do it if it were me. I left my
husband 7 months ago and I am still healing and not interested in starting a new one.
Not till I am over this one. I was with him for 12 years so I can't just forget everything
and get over it that quickly and till then I am not good material in a new relationship.

i am not aware that people intentionally go and approach others when their relation is at stake....i used to think that after the relation is over or about to end the next person trying to enter your life you get close to and than slowly you get in to relation with them....
this is sumthng i have seen as it recently was experienced by my friend as he was attached to some1 but that person within some time turned her back and walked off from the relation as if they never knew each other....i juz hate such kind of ppl who are not keen on keeping a relation and are here juz for time pass and to play with some1s emotions...
