28 days later is an awesome film, however the sequel, 28 weeks later is mis-directed garbage that should have never been put in the theater. The entire plot of the movie is senseless. The directing is choppy, cut throat, and the bottom line is you cannot see any of the good parts. There is one good scene in the entire film and they use the same killing procedure as a scene also used in Planet Terror which is a much better Zombie movie.

I've seen both movies...I personally thought 28 weeks later was the best zombie movie i have ever seen...The first 15 minutes alonge was so intense, I would've been content with that being the whole movie...WATCH THIS MOVIE!

I have seen both, and I actually liked 28 weeks later more. While the first one was scarier on a psychological level, and was a wonderful film in its own right, 28 weeks later was totally different. It was much faster paced, with a lot more action involved in it. I'm not sure if they had the same directors did they? Because they were very different films. I do highly recommend both, but I'd say the 2nd was more of a really good typical zombie movie than the first.
