My family crest

Do any of you still believe in having family crests or icons? My little family does but it is not what you think. Our family is made up of long-lasting friendships as well as relations. We are so close-knit that we call each other brothers and sisters. It's noot a cult or anything. We just have this bond that seems to surpass all.
Do you have anything like that? My family crest or family clan tattoo is on my right shoulder as is most everyone elses in our family.

We do have a family crest which was bestowed upon us centuries ago. I don't think I would put it on my body though. But my parents have it in their living room to show off. Kind of embarrassing, lol.

Oh wow. I have heard of other families still having these ancient family crests. There is a Scottish Festival down here with lots of different tents for every clan. I mean they each have books going hundreds of years back with every name on their family tree. It is so intriguing how they have kept such an accurate account of all this information for so many years. I had no idea that family was of such tremendouos importance to them.
