First off what is she doing? I never seen her actually doing this but found this picture of Michelle doing some sort of Oopa Loompa Dance or something. What comes to mind and what captain this can you come up with for this lovely picture of Michelle doing whatever she is doing?

That's all I know from the theme song or I'd provide more of the lyrics. LOL...the only other thing I can think of is...
"And down...good! Now keep your feet apart and hands up. This will really work those butt muscles. Can you feel the burn?"

Spiderman, Spiderman does whatever a spider can. That is pretty much all I can come up with LOL.
That would be a good workout move thats for sure. Helps the calfs as well as the butt.
