Is the Bread Singer is still existing now? Since I haven't heard them anymore. I love their songs and their mellow music.

There's David Gates. Although, I did not grow up with the band, I came to admire them when I was 20. Somebody sold to me an old cassette tape of the band's best songs, although most of the songs in the selection are mostly those of David Gates when he went solo. I like Goodbye Girl, Everything I Own, Baby I'm A Want You, If, Lorelie, Guitar Man, Look What You've Done, Anne, and many more.

http://www.classicbands.com/DavidGatesInterview.html I hope it's okay to post this link. I grew up on their music in my early teens, bitter-sweet memories.

I love the band Bread, too. They disbanded in the late 70s. They had a world reunion tour back in 1997 (I even watched one of their Asian stops in the Philippines). Unfortunately, two of its members have already passed away (James Griffin and Mike Botts). David Gates, the band's leader (main composer and vocalist) had a moderately successful solo career after the group disbanded. He is still quite active holding shows in the US every now and then. He still has that smooth voice.
