Is Alertpay Payment System Safe To Transact??

It has come to notice that Alertpay Payment System is a scam.. Many people are claiming that they have been frauded by Alertpay. When you search for cases at google.com, you will find a number of such fraudelent cases. Some cases are there which can never be believed. But who knows the truth, may be teh users are saying right. There was one user who had received money from the buyer to purchase goods from the famous Selling and Buying site Ebay. He sold an item to a buyer. The buyer paid him via Alertpay. As he realized that he has received the payment he send the product to the buyer. The transaction was smooth enough. When he logged in to his Alertpay account after one month, he found that his account was zero instead of 50 dollars. When contacted the Alertpay customer service, there was no reply from them. Tried to call them up, was put on hold. The reason Alertpay account shows him that the money has been refunded. But this was without notice to the seller. When contacted the buyer, he denied that he has refunded the amount. He is saying he never made any fraud transactions. Infact he told him that the deal was perfect. I got the product, you got your money. Now who knows the reality, he lost is money anyhow. Was the Buyer telling lies or has Alertpay funded the account money? What do you thing? Is Alertpay a safe way to transact online?
