Impressive Viola Solos

There are a lot of impressive violin solos out there, but there aren't as many impressive viola solos. I have an audition for the university orchestra coming up in a month and my audition piece is still not set in stone. If you have suggestions, they are definitely welcomed!

That is really cool! I ended up finding a converted cello solo in my stack of viola music here and I'm going to try to use that one. It's that famous Prelude by Bach... I forget exactly what it's called at the moment.

Wow Bach. He is a great choice. Let's face it , if you can play Bach you can play anything.All I can say is Go For Baroque. Forgive me, I couldn't resist.
